Fall career fairs are in full swing and ATL is excited to be participating in several throughout the Tri-state as our recruiting partnerships continue to grow.
“Career fairs give us an opportunity to meet and interact with potential candidates in a more relaxed setting before any formal interviews take place,” said Amy Gellen, ATL’s Director of Talent and Acquisition. “As we continue to grow, having access to a large pool of qualified associates is important.”
Job and career fairs are designed to benefit students and employers. Students get the chance to network with employers, ask questions and practice professional behavior. And employers get the opportunity to meet, inform and interview potential candidates and identify who might be a fit for their organization.
ATL has several recruiting partnerships that will be taking place this month at various universities and career organizations including: Miami University, OH, University of Cincinnati, OH, Xavier University, OH, Northern Kentucky University, KY and Wabash College, IN.
